To register for and use a desa4d Player Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. desa4d strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at any point, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardian arrangement, or other legal restriction that would affect your ability to engage in financial transactions or enter into legal agreements.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not access or use the Platform if doing so is prohibited by the laws of your country, state, or territory of residence. Malaysian users are specifically reminded to be aware of the provisions of the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953 when considering their use of online gaming platforms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Player Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a violation of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must notify desa4d of any changes to your registered details. desa4d reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of desa4d, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person. Such individuals are prohibited from maintaining active Player Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. desa4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify desa4d immediately at [email protected].

desa4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including — but not limited to — prior to processing withdrawals, following any change to account details, or where fraud or underage use is suspected. Required documents may include a government-issued identity card, passport, proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and witholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

desa4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest conduct
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification
• Confirmed operation of duplicate accounts
• Requests received from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Prolonged account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months

desa4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following locally supported payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX Bank Transfer. desa4d reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.

• The minimum single deposit amount isRM30. The maximum single deposit amount varies by payment method and is subject to the transaction limits imposed by the relevant payment service provider.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the depositing player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• desa4d does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, overdraft accounts, or borrowed funds.
• e-Wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are generally credited to the Player Account within seconds. FPX and direct bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 15 minutes to be reflected.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical limitations. Where this is not possible, desa4d will request documentary evidence of the player's identity and bank account ownership.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• desa4d reserves the right to impose a reasonable administrative fee on withdrawals where the withdrawal request does not meet minimum balance thresholds.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

desa4d offers various promotional incentives to its players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. desa4d reserves the right to withold, cancel, or withdraw any bonus where it determines that a player is exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with recreational play.
• Each promotion will specify its applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit amount, eligible games or markets, and validity period. Players are responsible for reading all promotion-specific terms before claiming any bonus.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion details.
• Wagering requirements may accrue differently across game categories. Bets placed on certain live casino tables, low-margin sports bets, or excluded games may not contribute to wagering requirement satisfaction, or may contribute at reduced rate.
• Referal bonuses (currently RM38 per qualifying referral) are credited to both the referring player and the referred player upon the referred player's first qualifying deposit. Referrals involving accounts linked to the same individual, device, or IP address will not be honoured.
• Birthday bonuses are credited based on the player's verified date of birth on file and the player's current VIP tier as of the bonus eligibility date. desa4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of date of birth before issuing birthday bonus credits.
• desa4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games offered on the desa4d Platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets4D lottery draws, and instant games — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type, in addition to this Agreement. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have familiarised yourself with the relevant game rules.

• desa4d displays Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games where this information is available from the game studio. The stated RTP is a theoretical long-term average and does not represent a guarantee of returns for any individual session.
• Sports betting odds are set by desa4d and are subject to change without notice prior to an event commencing. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are final.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, desa4d reserves the right to declare the round void and refund the staked amount to the Player Account. No further claim may be made against desa4d in respect of a voided round.
• desa4d reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that the bet was placed in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the outcome of the relevant event is known or reasonably suspected to have been compromised prior to the bet being placed.
• Mix Parlay bets are subject to the specific parlay rules applicable to each sport. Where one selection within a Mix Parlay is void, the remaining selections will be settled based on the applicable single-bet rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the desa4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Any attempt to deceive desa4d, including providing false identity information, falsifying KYC documents, or misrepresenting the source of deposited funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform — whether in whole or in part — for the purpose of laundering funds derived from unlawful activities. desa4d complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players — whether in live casino games, poker, or sports betting — to gain an unfair advantage over desa4d or other players.
• Software Exploitation: Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform or in any game to generate winings in a manner not intended by the normal operation of the Platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other tools that do not represent the action of a human player in real time, without the prior written consent of desa4d.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in respect of any deposit made into a desa4d Account. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended pending investigation and may be held liable for associated administrative costs.
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any individual under the age of 21, including by sharing login credentials with minors.

desa4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users of the Platform. We firmly believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and recreational activity, not a primary financial strategy or a means of addressing personal financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players through their Account settings panel. No prior approval or waiting period is required to activate these measures:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, during which no gaming activity or deposits will be permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who require a more permanent measure may request full self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and shall remain in force for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period has elapsed.

All content on the desa4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of desa4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of desa4d.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include: the right to resell or make commercial use of the Platform or its contents; the right to collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; the right to make derivative works; or the right to download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, or display of the content of the desa4d Platform without the prior written consent of desa4d is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, desa4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content or services available through it.

• desa4d does not warrant that the Platform will operate continuously, without interruption, or free from errors or technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
• desa4d is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity, irespective of whether such losses resulted from the player's own decisions or from technical errors subsequently remedied by desa4d.
• The total aggregate liability of desa4d to any individual player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in this Agreement shall operate to exclude or limit desa4d's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

desa4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Player Account and/or through a notice displayed upon next login to the Platform.

Your continued use of the desa4d Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to withdraw your remaining balance, contact support before the effective date of the amendments.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of this Agreement, along with its effective date, will always be available on this page at desa4d.click/terms-conditions.

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which desa4d holds its international gaming licence. Players who access the Platform from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

In the event of a dispute between you and desa4d arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting desa4d customer support at [email protected]. desa4d will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction within 14 business days of receiving written notification.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within the stated period, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
